About This Course
Master the entry, unlock every shore dive in Cornwall
The purpose of this course is to acquaint a diver with the necessary procedures and knowledge to safely dive from shore. The focus is on how to handle different types of surf and shore conditions. Many great dive sites are accessible from the shore and do not require the use of a boat, but do require some basic techniques to execute the dives safely.
Perfect pairing: Combine the SDI Shore/Beach Diver with the SDI Research Diver specialty and open up rare discoveries. Our instructor Ryan Hunnisett found 400-year-old ship cannons starting from the shore.
