Can I switch from monthly spread to paying upfront later? +
Yes — if you start on a monthly spread and decide to pay off the remainder in one go, we'll calculate what's left and you can settle it at any time, no penalties.
What happens if I want to cancel the monthly running costs? +
You can cancel any time with 30 days notice. Your site files are yours — we'll hand them over and you can move hosting elsewhere. We don't hold your site hostage.
What does "content updates" mean on the Blossom plan? +
Up to 2 hours of changes per month — things like swapping out images, updating text, adding a new team member, tweaking a section. If you need more, we can discuss extra hours at a fair rate.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK? +
Absolutely. We work with businesses anywhere — all our communication is online, and we're comfortable working across time zones.
What if my project doesn't fit any of these packages? +
