About Us

Bagel & Brew started as a simple idea: what if Truro had a spot where the bagels were hand-rolled, the coffee was actually good, and the atmosphere made you want to stay?

We bake everything fresh every morning. Our bagels are chewy in the middle, golden on the outside, and loaded with fillings that deserve to be there. The coffee? We take it just as seriously.
